Returns & Exchanges
At Fox Realm Studio, we want you to love your handmade jewelry and wood art. If you are not satisfied, please read the policy below.

Non-personalized items
- You may return non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery for a refund (less original shipping). Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Personalized / Custom items
- Personalized and custom items (including engraved or customized ornaments) are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check personalization text at checkout; we engrave/print exactly what you enter.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at lisa.shears@foxrealmstudio.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs) as appropriate.

Exchanges
- Exchanges for a different size, color, or style are accepted on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Buyer pays return shipping; we cover the outbound cost for the replacement in U.S. orders over $50 (if applicable).

Return process
1. Email lisa.shears@foxrealmstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Ship your return using a trackable method. We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Funds will be returned using the original payment method.

Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not entered processing. Processing time is 3–5 business days, so please contact support immediately at lisa.shears@foxrealmstudio.com with your order number.
